Maddy is a junior hairstylist who joined the team in 2021. She is constantly inspired by evolving trends and new techniques and continues to grow her skills in cutting, coloring and makeup. Known for her attention to detail and warm approach, you are guaranteed to leave feeling beautiful every appointment.
Working with us connects you to respected brands, educators, and local opportunities. Through Aveda, Goldwell, Oribe, and Jane Iredale, our team meets industry educators and stays inspired by current techniques and trends.
We also create opportunities through editorial, billboard, and advertising photo shoots, including shoots that feature our team. Between our brand partnerships, local reputation, and community involvement, you’ll have opportunities to be seen, supported, and inspired.

Education is one of the most important parts of our culture. Every stylist is expected to complete at least two advanced education opportunities per year, but we typically offer four or more.
We bring educators into the salon for hands-on training in cutting, color, barbering, highlighting, product knowledge, and more. Our team has access to education through Aveda, Goldwell, Oribe, SkinCeuticals and Jane Iredale, while new talent receives mentorship from experienced stylists as they assist, observe, and grow.
Supporting our community has always been an important part of Marion Salon Spa.
